Emily, Great effort with the Red Dragon. It's easy to tell, you're a huge dragon fan. I love the drawings you've submitted and this one's no exception! First look, there's definitely a nice balance... and with the A4 paper you've used - you've done your best at maintaining the wings within the area you had to work with. With each new drawing you create, you really do get better. It's a constant learning process. I'm thinking next time around, see if you can plan ahead and pay more attention to the initial shape of the dragon. Set your paper up horizontally so you can really capture the hulking wingspan that dragons are known for. You can map this out ahead of time with lightly sketched, dotted pencil lines. Then, when it comes time to draw the finished version (darker lines with color) - you'll be able to focus more so on all the details that go into such a drawing. And for sure - keep going with the advanced lessons! Anyway Emily, again - great submission! Jeff :-)
