Well, if you were going for a caricature 4 stars, if not 2 stars. It's a girl, but looks rather man-ish. Nice work on the hair, but the eyebrows are much too large for a girl and the eyes are too dark. Also, her lips are drawn darker than the nose, which doesn't look quite right.
When you see the title "Super Girl" you think colorful, quirky, bright, cute. This isn't colorful. Not quirky. Not bright. And don't take it the wrong way, but not really that cute, either. Sorry this was so long, but I am also an artist and I want to help young artists improve as much as they can.
