This was one of the hardest drawings thst I did. Probably the hardest part of it was the hair. But I still love it and hopefully you guys will too.

Subtle Line Placement

Great work Maria... the subtle placement of lines, especially around the neck/clothing area - really makes your work unique... and stand out. The hair looks great!

By the way Maria - and for anyone reading this, if you ever have a problem with a drawing that appears to dark after you scan it on to the computer (or upload as a photo)... you can import it into Photoshop or Gimp and adjust the brightness/contrast by going to:

Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast

The 'Levels' option also works wonders in this way.
