Hey Rachel,

Wonderful job here - I really like your work... cute style! :-)

Looking at the way you colored this picture, an idea came to mind. Prismacolors!!

Actually, I enjoy quick strokes with the pencil crayon, but really - when you move on to an oil-based version - the oil helps to bond/smear the crayon so in the end, it's difficult for someone to tell it's actuall pencil crayons, and not - well - paint!

The other cool thing about the 'Prismas' is blending. You can blend a light brown into a dark brown quite easily.

Anyway, keep up the great work!
