IScribble is a really neat drawing website that offers the unique feature of being able to draw and chat at the same time in an online interactive environment. This makes for some truly excellent opportunities for practicing and improving on your drawing skills, while having fun at the same time!

To get started with drawing and chatting:

• Go to the site.
• Click on "Start Drawing".
• Choose "Sign Up" (You'll receive a Username and Password)
• Enter the lobby and read through the Guidelines
• Select a "Public Board" (the green ones are private) and begin drawing!

Once you arrive at the one of the "boards" you can go ahead and begin drawing and chatting. Here's a snapshot of a board that I visited...


In this particular Public Board a user by the nickname of "Wat" was drawing a dragon and a wolf - very good work may I add! What's cool is that while Wat draws, other users may either participate by helping out or drawing something of their own on the same board... or even communicate using the chat window below the drawing.

Here's a list of some of the many cool features that the site offers...

• Lots and lots of colors to choose from!
• Six different brush sizes
• You can make use of three layers (for the Photoshop/Painter Savvy)
• You've got an active user list as well as an interactive chat window
• A list of nine tools including Blur, Eraser, Line, Pen and "Picker".
• Option of publishing your work and sending it to the Gallery!

All in all, I think this website offers a truly unique online experience to anyone who loves drawing. By drawing with other people on the same canvas, you can learn a lot about each other's styles and techniques. And with the chat option you can ask and answer questions right then and there. How cool is that!
