Hi Kunjappu - nice work here!

Often I'll recommend - practice and repeat. Clearly you've got some skill... this drawing would only improve if you were to repeat it a few times.

One thing too - it comes off as more like anime. I'm thinking you could change the nose to better reflect this look - if that's what you're going for! Anime characters normally have a small 'shade' or nudge of a line - to indicate the presence of a nose. Often it's just a simple triangular shadow, off-set to one side.

It's kinda tough at first to visualize this because of course - we want the nose to be seen. Try it out though - gives off a really neat affect.
