That's really good. I have no complaints, except for the fact that her left eye is missing. Yes, it's covered by her hair, but the very edge of the eye should be showing. If looking at the right eye, the tip is very close to the nose. So, the tip of the other eye should be showing there as well.

Overall though, great drawing. Excellent detail on the butterflies and hair! Tell your sister to make more.
